X Store Shipping & Returns

Our team endeavours to get your items to you as quickly as possible! We ship all of our items using Canada Post. 

STANDARD SHIPPING: We strive to package and ship most orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day thereafter. Busy times such as the Christmas holiday season may cause some slight delays. Please reach out to us directly if you have any concerns. 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: The X-Store is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs clearance may cause delays which are out of our control.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by Canada Post. Please contact Canada Post directly to file a claim in regard to a lost order.

WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

DAMAGES: The X-Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You are encouraged to save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Customers have thirty (30) days from the time their item is shipped to make an exchange of applicable items. Items must be unworn and in original condition including any applicable tags. No exchange on Final Sale items.
